Description

Now that marijuana is legal in Illinois, we are getting more questions than ever. Patients are looking for alternatives to prescription drugs as a more holistic approach to their healthcare. While there has been a lot of controversy on this topic, this course will give you an understanding to formulate your own opinions on marijuana, knowing the good, the bad, and the ugly.

By the completion of this course the participant will be able to correctly:

  1. Understand the terminology commonly used when discussing marijuana.
  2. Discern quality providers of marijuana products.
  3. Understand the research and select limitations.

Mandi Ehler, PTA
Mandi joined Rehab Connections in order to follow her passion for continuing education. Her experience in the physical therapy profession spans almost 10 years. She has also helped to develop a unique PT/PTA practice model that utilizes her expertise and experience with billing, coding, and collections. Her clinical interests include canine rehabilitation, the Feldenkrais Method, Movement System Syndromes (Shirley Sahrmann), and Functional Mobilization™ (Institute of Physical Art).

Cancellations:
Registration fee, less a $50 administration fee per session, is refunded if notice of cancellation is received more than 10 days in advance of the CE event. Cancellations made less than 10 days in advance of the CE event date forfeit the entire tuition fee. Tuition can be transferred to another individual or another CE event, one time only. No transfer, refund or credit will be given for cancellation 3 days or less before the CE event, or when handouts or other CE event materials are available electronically, including but not limited to emailed or downloadable pdf documents.
All unapplied transfers and credits will expire September 26, 2026.

Rehab Connections reserves the right to cancel the CE event up to one week prior to the CE event. Rehab Connections will not be responsible for any charges incurred by the registrant due to the cancellation of the CE event, other than the CE event tuition.
