Treatment Pearls for Lower Extremity Dysfunction

Presented by Rehab Connections

Description

This NEW one-day course presents a variety of strategies for the treatment of heel pain/plantar fasciitis, iliotibial band syndrome, knee and hip osteoarthritis, and pain diagnoses related to hip weakness. Demonstration and guided, hands-on lab practice emphasizing a variety of treatment strategies including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and therapeutic activities will allow the therapy professional to efficiently and effectively treat foot, hip, and knee problems, including deficits in core control and trunk strength that contribute to lower extremity dysfunction. Concise lecture segments will include a review of Clinical Practice Guidelines, Official Disability Guidelines, and more sources for evidence to help steer your treatment planning.
