Thai Yoga Massage and Stretching will be an ideal start to our workshops after a day of travel. This step by step learning experience will enable you to add basic Thai Yoga Massage techniques such as gentle palm walking, rhythmic compressions and deep stretching to your treatment repertoire for immediate patient application.

Fidler Pilates is physical therapy-based hands-on Pilates. This therapeutic hands-on approach to contemporary Pilates incorporates passive, guided stretching while it also addresses soft tissue restrictions gently with specific manual techniques. In this introductory session, you will learn to perform therapeutic techniques that truly flow together. These techniques have evolved into a unique approach developed exclusively by Diane Fidler, physical therapist, certified Pilates instructor, and owner of Core Fitness and Physical Therapy.

Yoga…on the Beach will discuss the application of functional Yoga in rehab for specific conditions and diagnoses, then provide participants with the opportunity to experience basic Yoga breathing, poses and sequences as well as deep relaxation.

Introduction to Wii-hab is an overview of numerous therapeutic applications of the popular Wii Fit™. Sheryl has introduced Wii-hab to hundreds of therapists in the last 18 months in addition to using it for evaluation and treatment in her PT practice. Join us to observe and experience the immediate feedback, motivation, and functional training Wii-hab can provide your patients.

Think-a-thon is a novel, fun, interactive workshop presented in favorite game show and board game formats to test your therapy knowledge and learn new material. Where else but on a cruise ship would we have a friendly competition that is also educational? And when else but on our last day to highlight our enlightening experiences and award Think-a-thon prizes?
