Presented by Rehab Connections

Description

This 6-hour course presents an eclectic manual approach based on joint dynamics and muscular stabilization and will give you a perspective on current research in the assessment and treatment of the pelvic ring.

Emphasis will be placed on a cluster of special tests to derive a physical therapy assessment. This course introduces a treatment model that considers joint accessory mechanics and stabilizing muscular duos. This model will vary from conservative to aggressive including (in no specific order): passive motion, MET, isometrics, therapeutic exercises, mobilization, and manipulation.
